I started my journey by diving into the world of ERP software and cloud applications, aiming to grasp their overarching goals and nuances.

I stumbled upon a handful of articles that shed some light on the topic, such as the insights from Concentrus and Katana MRP, which proved to be quite enlightening.

Given the crunch in time for this challenge, I had to pick up the pace. I gathered the nuggets of information at hand and channeled them into crafting a user persona. This persona would act as my guiding star, helping me navigate through the decision-making process.
